Welp.

Monday, I finally got my braces. I ended up waking up early, (wtf) even though I went to bed at 1 am. It was... to say the least, pretty crappy. It was nice outside (like that matters, I was inside), but the dentists struck me as kind of.. creepy. I had to get x-rays and suff again, and then after they put some of that paste stuff on my teeth, they kind of left me laying in the chair for what felt like 15 minutes. It was kind of embarassing, considering they had this really fugly plastic piece of shit in my mouth to hold my lips apart. I know I looked fucked up, seriously. (lol my friend is failing at gh2 right now)

Then the woman (i like to call her an old hag) finally put in the melal and the brackets. So at first it didn't hurt much, but then as the day progressed, it hurt even more. It got so bad that for 2 (and prolly tonight too) days straight, I couldn't eat ANYTHING. I always had to have soup, and I had to swallow the noodles and the little chicken bits without chewing. I could have ice cream though, lol. Then eventually it turned to later, about 9. For the past hour I had been either laying on the couch or sitting up, totally zoning out with my mp3 player. My mom pretty much ordered me to go to bed, but she made me some dinner after I told her I was hungry. So I ate. Then I had to brush my teeth with some sped-cial toothbrush the orthodontist gave me. (It's PINK. EUGGHH.) After brushing though, I noticed something fucked up about my eyes. I looked like I had ust been punched in the face, since my let eye was rlllyyyy swollen. So I went over to my mom and pointed out this epic monstrosity. She flipped, to say the least.

Eventually I went to bed and shit, with mom threatening that if I still has this screwy swollen eye the next day, I'd stay home. (Not that I cared much).

Anyway, on Tuesday, I still had that swollen eye. I got to stay home, which would've been great if I hadn't been forbidden to use the computer. Ughh. So I did pretty much nothing for the two hours I was awake before my friend came over, giving me piles of homework from the past couple of days. It was exciting. ...I did SOME of it.

Bleh, I left a lot of it for tonight.

ANYWAY YA TOTALLY EXCITING RIGHT. no.

So on Sunday I went with my friend and her family to Catherine McAuley middle school for their year of the rat celebration. Other than when her mother left her little brother (2 or 4 maybe?) with us. That kid was such a little brat, kjfhdsf. I swear, we couldn't do anything while we were watching him because he wouldn't stop running away. Knocked over a couple other little kids, which in it's own right was pretty embarrassing having their parents look at us while we were trying to grab his arms. It looked like we were fucking kidnapping him, seriously. I kept wondering well shit what do they think we're doing. jdfdfs no but no. It really was pretty awesome, they had food and everything. Crafts to keep the little kids busy, and there sure were a lot of them. Most of them wore the coolest outfits.. but omg we couldn't tell if they were from the group of kids who were going to preform or what?

They were selling all kinds of stuff too, If I had money I probably would've bought one of the bags. Ten dollars gets you fucking no where at these things, srsly.

So then the dragon came out, and Alexis's little brother finally stopped moving around so we could watch it go through the gym. (Haha the head came off the body about halfway through though) and we went to the auditorium where it was supposed to end, right? No. Her mom makes us go back and find her friend who was supposed to be carrying her cell phone (so we could call them and crap, it was pretty easy to get lost with all the people there) except for the one flaw with that freaking plan. She never actually payed attention to it. So okay, we go try to find her and we head back into the gym. It was pretty easy going out, right. But not easy going back in, hell no. It was just like this enormous wall of people flooding out of the gym doors, and ohmfg. It took forever before we could finally force our way in. We found her. We bossed her around. We went back to the auditorium.

The auditorium was the best part of the hour or so we spent there, because they had things with nun-chucks and a lions dance and drums. It was awesome. They had all this hxc lighting going on, (flashing lights lol) and this little 11 year old black-belt shrimp was prolly the coolest performer they had up there. At one point in the middle of it all, he jumped off the stage in his lions costume and went up the two aisles in the auditorium, and would just go up to random people and act like he was trying to bite them and stuff, lol.

We had to leave though, to go to the mall. People were getting hungry and thirsty (we would've eaten at the school but it was too ~*expensive*~) so we got to choose what we ate. Yeah Panda Express ftw. (then i got a lovely surprise when i got up in the middle of eating my orange chicken) it was gr8. :[

So then we went back to my house and then to CVS and it went from there.

...i'm the year of the dog, btw. and there's someone on my porch/fire-escape whose banging around. it's vibrating my house. ಠ____ಠ

(p.s it's a snow day)
